Body Positivity with Emily

Sallie’s Lasagna recipe

         Layer the following ingredients in a 9x13 pan. 

        Sauce, uncooked lasagna noodles, cottage cheese, mozzerella cheese, parmesean                 cheese. Repeat 3-4 times and then end with sauce on top. Cover and Bake at 350 for             an hour

Myth: It should be easy, but it takes a long time to undo food rules that you have in your brain.

What is Body Positivity: Not necessarily believing that your body looks good, but that your body is GOOD.

1.       Notice negative thoughts. Try to replace them with neutral thoughts

2.       Buy clothes that fit
